Sunner Solar manufacturing center is located in Houli Science Park of Central Taiwan Science Park. The 630-acre Houli Science Park, located in Taichung City's Houli Dist., incorporates the Taiwan Sugar Corporation's Houli (331 acres) and Chising (276 acres) farms, as well as 22 acres of connective roads between the two farms.

Both farms face Provincial Highway No. 13 (Sanfong Rd.), and are connected to National Highway No. 4 via the Houfeng Interchange, and to the Taichung Science Park via National Highways No. 1-a mere 25-minute away (for details, see the Taichung Science Park and Houli Science Park maps). Close to the Fongyuan City commercial circle, the Park is also well connected to urban road systems.
